Happy Birthday Steve,
I remember being invited to sing in the barber-shop-quartet you, Jayson and Dirk had formed. I still remember the words to "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" and the awesome hats that we got for the performance. I expected that we (me mostly) would sound terrible but you kept taking time to practice with me until we actually sounded good. All of this was a huge help to me during the time around my dads death. To me it was much more than just a song and dance, it helped me get through it better than I would have otherwise. Thank you.
